Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of TA Operations Specialists in India.
Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and coverage planning.
Serve as a hands-on TA Operations Specialist for leadership and high-complexity roles.
Handle escalations related to processes and systems, resolving issues with sound judgment.
Lead process improvement initiatives across the recruiting lifecycle.
Continuously assess and improve the experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Use feedback and data to identify trends and drive enhancements to TA operations.
Partner with People Technology and global stakeholders on change management and rollout of new tools.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and other teams to maintain compliance requirements.
Coordinate closely with People Operations for a seamless, compliant offer-to-hire process.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a related coordination/program management role.
2+ years of experience in people management or team leadership.
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and the candidate lifecycle, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
Familiarity with India employment practices, hiring compliance, and local regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands across a team and multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort working across time zones and collaborating with global teams.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
Must have English language proficiency (can interact with a degree of fluency when speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized setting).
