Responsibilities
Engage with fuel brands, distributors, individual merchants to negotiate discounts and support sales initiatives
Utilize and perform data analysis and reporting tools to track progress, identify key performance targets, and support strategic decision-making
Collaborate across the Merchant team, demonstrating flexibility to cross-train and adapt to shifting priorities
Strong relationship management skills are essential, with experience in customer or prospect-facing roles preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, including the ability to sort and analyze data, generate reports, and build pivot tables
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five or more years of relevant work experience
Ability to travel (local and regional, some national)
Well-developed sales and new business development skills
Thorough knowledge of unit payment products
Experience with Transportation, Fuel, or Corporate card products and services is preferred
Basic knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations
Strong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service/relation skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions
