Responsibilities
Understand the customer’s needs, validate their information, and prepare them for a licensed agent.
Speak with inbound leads and confirm intent, budget, and timeline
Validate and update customer information including household, vehicle, and property details
Collect missing information required for quoting and underwriting
Use internal tools to determine the appropriate next step for each lead
Transfer qualified customers to licensed sales agents
Requirements
