Responsibilities
Make contact by phone and WhatsApp with potential customers;
Research companies to establish the best rapport;
Identify and document the needs of potential customers;
Record lead information and properly organize opportunities in the CRM;
Answer initial questions from potential customers;
Qualify whether our product can help potential customers;
Schedule demonstrations for our Account Executives (AEs);
Collaborate and interact with the AEs and Marketing team.
Requirements
Investigative and analytical profile, with the ability to analyze information and identify opportunities;
Proactivity to conduct research and stay up to date on the market;
Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks;
Motivation by challenges, results, and a drive for continuous improvement;
Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets and Excel;
Strong verbal and written communication skills to perform initial outreach and effectively screen leads;
Collaborative and able to work well in a team.
Differentials:
Experience or knowledge in consultative software (SaaS) sales;
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive);
Previous experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer support.
