Sales Development Representative responsible for organizing marketing leads and prospecting new clients for a cybersecurity firm. Engaging with potential clients through calls and emails.
Responsibilities
Receive and organize leads captured by marketing, identifying new business opportunities; contact prospects via phone and/or email to understand their needs and route qualified leads to the Account Manager for commercial relationship development.
Prospect new clients using social networks, networking, email outreach and cold calls; briefly present the company, identify potential opportunities, and forward prospects to Account Managers for further commercial engagement aimed at closing sales.
Develop a script for initial contact with potential clients that briefly presents the company and portfolio, captures needs and other relevant information to support subsequent outreach by the Account Manager.
Conduct research on leads, analyze and classify contacts with the best fit and highest propensity to purchase within a designated tool, and generate reports for Account Managers' reference.
Conduct online meetings for qualification, portfolio presentation, and identification of decision-makers' contact details for handoff to the Account Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with a commercial focus.
Previous experience in client prospecting. Familiarity with sales tools and technologies such as CRMs, sales email tools and sales automation software.
Basic proficiency in English is desirable, at least sufficient to understand product terminology.
