Responsibilities
Acquire new partners across the LATAM region (Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and white-label partners)
Expand the company’s presence in key LATAM markets, driving new deposits, trading volumes, and active client acquisition
Identify and pursue business opportunities within the region
Build and maintain a strong network of partners, industry contacts, and potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to establish localized resources
Meet regional business targets by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
Ensure strong partner relationships through consistent communication
Provide management with insights on LATAM market trends and competitor activities
Represent the company at regional industry events
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager
Manage an active portfolio of brokers and at least 2–5 IBs willing to move
Strong knowledge of LATAM market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environments
Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is essential; English fluency is required
Based in or with strong working experience in the LATAM region.
