Business Development Representative generating new business opportunities for Wellhub in São Paulo. Collaborating with Strategic Sales Executives to build a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Identify and proactively engage potential strategic customers through active outbound prospecting using calls, emails, LinkedIn and creative channels.
Research large, complex accounts, map multiple stakeholders and personalize approaches to engage senior decision-makers.
Educate prospects about Wellhub's mission and value proposition, generating interest and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Overcome objections, manage expectations and build trusted relationships at different levels, including executives and senior leaders.
Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives to align messaging, share insights and develop strategies for accounts with multiple influencers.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets.
Represent Wellhub as a reference at industry events and networking opportunities.
Develop expertise in managing long, consultative sales cycles, with the ability to connect Wellhub's value to complex organizational challenges.
Requirements
Based in São Paulo.
Availability to come to the office at least once a week.

Excellent communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese (native). Advanced English is a plus, especially for reading and listening, to interact with global teams and resources.

C-level experience: Experience engaging senior executives in Enterprise/Strategic accounts is highly valued.
