Responsibilities
Identify and qualify sales leads to schedule meetings with prospective clients for our sales representatives
Proactively reach out to leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email, focusing on engagement and meeting scheduling
Understand prospects' needs and present solutions aligned with their accounting and tax requirements
Collaborate with the sales team, ensuring the quality of generated opportunities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions and activities in the CRM
Identify pains, challenges, and opportunities in leads, using a consultative approach
Work alongside sales representatives to ensure an efficient commercial process flow, from qualification through to closing
