Responsibilities
Actively shape direct communication channels with bidders and sellers
Have a measurable impact on growth, activation and retention
Plan, build and optimize CRM campaigns in Bloomreach
Develop targeted communication flows for auction-related, seller and bidder segments
Establish always-on automations
Develop and maintain the underlying templates, rules and filter logic for tailor-made campaigns
Measure performance, analyze user behavior and derive concrete optimizations
Ensure tight integration between HubSpot, Salesforce and Bloomreach
Collaborate with regional marketing, sales and content teams
Requirements
Experience in CRM management, ideally with Bloomreach or similar systems
Experience planning, executing and optimizing CRM campaigns
Knowledge of audience segmentation, templates and automations
Experience analyzing campaign performance and deriving improvements
Experience integrating CRM, marketing and sales systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Bloomreach)
Analytical mindset and a structured way of working
