Advise and assist learners with academic and program concerns
Work with instructional support team to facilitate learner engagement
Develop and implement communication and engagement plan for learners
Organize and attend live sessions and assist with delivery as needed
Collect information and distribute reporting for learner success metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
two to four years of student support and/or operations management experience
Highly developed people skills
Strong organizational, problem solving, administrative, and time management skills
Ability to analyze, synthesize, and summarize data
Demonstrated strong business writing and project management skills
Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
