Responsibilities
Monitor orders in the system, ensuring that all information is entered correctly;
Monitor the progress of order approvals and credit limits together with the credit department;
Guide new sales representatives (RCs) on Stine’s internal administrative processes and ERP system, assisting them when they encounter difficulties;
Ensure all sales representatives have signed contracts and the necessary supporting documents, such as CORE, CNAE, etc.;
Advise sales representatives to ensure compliance with the Stine Commercial Representation manual;
Interface with logistics regarding orders delivered as partial shipments;
Generate daily reports and analyses such as: sales trends by sales rep, orders pending commercial or credit approval, contract signature status, etc.;
Act as the guardian of the OTD/OTC process in system and process improvement forums.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, commercial management technologist, or related fields;
Experience in administrative roles and/or sales back-office;
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Good interpersonal skills, initiative, and an analytical mindset.
