Responsibilities
Support post-award contract administration activities, including contract intake, file establishment, tracking, and closeout
Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready contract files
Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of contract modifications, funding actions, option exercises, and other contractual actions
Monitor periods of performance, funding status, deliverables, reporting requirements, and key contractual milestones
Support the preparation, issuance, and administration of subcontracts, teaming agreements, and related contractual instruments
Coordinate routine administrative communications with subcontractors
Assist in maintaining compliance with FAR, agency supplements, and internal policies
Support audits and government data calls by compiling and validating contract documentation
Serve as an administrative point of contact for routine contract and subcontract inquiries
Identify opportunities to improve administrative controls within the Contracts function.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract and/or subcontract administration within the government contracting industry
Familiarity with government invoicing, contract modifications, and task order management
Demonstrated experience supporting federal contracts in a post-award environment
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and general government contracting principles
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with contract management systems preferred
A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in fields such as accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
