About the role

  • Professional coordinating infrastructure and asset management in a multiunit corporate environment at Grupo UBEC. Ensuring operational efficiency and institutional compliance for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and coordinate the management of infrastructure, assets, facilities and CAPEX in a multi-unit corporate environment.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, institutional compliance and support for the growth of units, working in close integration with the Group’s governance and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related fields
  • Postgraduate qualification will be considered a differential, especially in Project Management, Facilities, Operations or related areas
  • Solid knowledge in managing corporate construction projects, with focus on planning, schedules, costs and execution monitoring
  • Strong command of project management (structuring, prioritization, delivery control and deadlines)
  • Experience in contract and supplier management, focused on quality, cost and service levels
  • Experience in CAPEX planning and control, including physical and financial monitoring of investments
  • Knowledge of building management and facilities (maintenance, cleaning, security and service operations)
  • Experience with legal compliance control for properties (permits, licenses, fire department inspection certificate (AVCB) and regulatory documentation)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel for data control, analysis and organization
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or management tools
  • Consolidated experience (minimum 5 to 8 years) in roles related to: corporate infrastructure, facilities/building management, corporate construction and projects, asset and CAPEX management; experience in multi-unit corporate environments requiring budgetary control and governance; prior experience in a coordination or leadership position
  • Project management certification (PMI, PMP or similar) will be considered a differential
