About the role

  • Administrateur CAD CAM responsible for overseeing the performance of product development tools in an international industrial context. Collaborating with IT and key users for effective implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and administer the group's CAD, CAE and CAM tools in accordance with standards and interoperability.
  • Lead upgrades, version migrations and deployments in collaboration with IT and key users.
  • As part of contract management, handle software licenses, vendor and integrator contracts, and associated budget monitoring.
  • Provide Tier 3 user support and support key users in their support and training responsibilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, rationalization and integration projects for new solutions, notably within the group's PLM program.
  • Conduct technology watch on tools, usage, hardware performance and market developments, with particular attention to AI-driven advances.

Requirements

  • Degree (Associate/Bachelor's/Master's equivalent) in product development, electronics, mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product development or an engineering design office in an industrial environment.
  • At least 2 years' experience in CAD administration within a multicultural industrial context.
  • Proficiency in French and English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Multi-technical perspective enabling a holistic understanding of challenges and interactions in electrotechnical and/or mechanical environments.
  • Hands-on user experience in a PDM or PLM environment.
  • Good understanding of IT environments.
