Responsibilities
Sarai la persona che tiene insieme fatture, scadenze, pratiche HR e logistica operativa; un ruolo concreto e trasversale, dove l'ordine e l'affidabilità fanno davvero la differenza.
Lavorerai fianco a fianco con il Founder Associate.
Gestione del ciclo di fatturazione attiva e passiva, dei pagamenti e delle scadenze.
Supporto alle chiusure contabili periodiche insieme al commercialista e alle altre funzioni.
Raccolta delle informazioni per l'elaborazione mensile delle buste paga, in coordinamento con il consulente del lavoro.
Requirements
Almeno 1–2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo amministrativo, maturata in uno studio commercialista, una PMI o contesti simili.
Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio.
Abitudine a gestire più priorità rispettando le scadenze.
Conoscenza base dell'inglese scritto.
Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
