About the role

  • Sales Administration Specialist at Skeepers managing billing, customer support, and contract management processes. Collaborating with Sales, Accounting, and Customer Support teams to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Issuing invoices for new orders and renewals within established deadlines.
  • Identifying and correcting billing errors in collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Analyzing revenue variations and providing justifications to ensure accounting compliance.
  • Handling and resolving billing-related tickets proactively and efficiently.
  • Reconciling customer accounts and justifying balances to maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Reviewing the financial terms of purchase orders (POs).
  • Validating the compliance of sales opportunities prior to invoicing, in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Supporting Sales teams in Salesforce for the creation and validation of quotes.

Requirements

  • Strong numerical skills and a solid analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong command of digital tools and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment and a good understanding of industry metrics (ARR, MRR) are a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM would be a plus.
