Sales and Account Manager driving sales and client relationships for SiGMA Group in gaming industry. Developing strategies, negotiating deals, and ensuring client success at events and conferences.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive participation and sponsorship sales across key markets
Identify, engage, and close deals with operators, affiliates, suppliers, and other industry stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to encourage repeat business
Negotiate sponsorship packages, exhibition spaces, and partnership agreements
Represent SiGMA at international conferences and networking events (travel required)
Own the client relationship after the deal is closed, ensuring smooth handover and execution
Use HubSpot to manage deliverables, timelines, and communication across departments
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, production) to ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered as agreed
Act as the client’s main point of contact for all post-sale queries and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event cycle
Requirements
Experience in sales, ideally in the gaming or tech industries
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
