Responsibilities
Responsible for establishing and nurturing research partnerships to enhance CCL’s positioning in the field of leadership development and the market.
Define and shape 3 Core Research Partnerships that will disseminate CCL’s Thought Leadership and elevate CCL Content awareness with the right ideal buyer and C-Suite audiences.
Publish thought leadership, co-develop research and insights and present at key forums within the partnership ecosystem.
Collaborate with partners to enhance services and offerings, expand reach, and drive innovative initiatives.
Shape and oversee several Global or International RINCC Research Projects that focus on a C-Suite audience.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance the existing leadership solutions, tools and resources by incorporating LLMs and other emerging technologies.
Oversee the creation and dissemination of thought leadership content, including papers, articles, presentations, podcasts, and other media.
Translate complex research findings into actionable insights for clients and practitioners.
Cultivate strong relationships with members, alumni, faculty members, industry partners, and donors – including those outside the United States.
Requirements
Master's Degree in behavioral or social sciences, applied research or business.
Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, presentation or public forums.
Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
Strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in research and analytics practices.
Familiarity with leadership analytics tools and data visualization platforms.
Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders and contributing to enterprise strategy.
