Training clients on Green Street’s Research
Lead structured onboarding for new Green Street subscribers
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
Actively collect and relay client feedback to internal teams
Own the full renewal cycle for first-year accounts
Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with high distinction in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role — ideally within a SaaS, financial data, or financial services environment
Superior relationship management skills
Sales-driven and competitive, with experience negotiating with clients
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fundamental understanding of the financial industry
Organized and proactive
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
