About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for onboarding and supporting Green Street Research clients. Training, relationship management, and driving product adoption for financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Training clients on Green Street’s Research
  • Lead structured onboarding for new Green Street subscribers
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Actively collect and relay client feedback to internal teams
  • Own the full renewal cycle for first-year accounts
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with high distinction in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role — ideally within a SaaS, financial data, or financial services environment
  • Superior relationship management skills
  • Sales-driven and competitive, with experience negotiating with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fundamental understanding of the financial industry
  • Organized and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
