Responsibilities
support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department and acts as the first point of contact for the company
Completing projects and assignments within Recruiting, HR Operations, and HR analytics
Shadow professional development and training opportunities related to HRIS, recruiting & onboarding, employment law, employee relations, production HR, training & development, and benefits
Engage in HR Operations which may include: Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Recruiting
Assist with the coordination of employee engagement events
Work with the HR Operations team to draft company-wide announcements and templates
Assist with other HR projects as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
Proficient in MS Office ( Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Outlook, Team, etc. )
Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills along with heightened interpersonal skills
Must be an active problem solver, skilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
Must be a self-starter
Bilingual in Spanish
Detail oriented with excelled verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in Human Resources
Strong organizational skills
