Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage new potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to spark interest in our training solutions.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify incoming leads from our marketing campaigns, ensuring they match our ideal customer profile.
Research & Analysis: Research target industries and accounts to build strategic and relevant lists of key contacts.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of your activities in our CRM, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups for all contacts.
Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize our messaging and campaigns based on market feedback.
Metrics Reporting: Regularly track and report on your performance metrics, such as leads generated, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.
Requirements
2+ year of experience in B2B / SaaS / tech / SDR or inside sales role (or equivalent).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese & English.
