Responsibilities
Sell Pella window and door solutions through in-home consultations
Work toward first-time close with strong follow-up when needed
Prepare accurate quotes and orders using established sales processes
Resolve customer questions with internal sales support partners
Build deep product knowledge and understand competitive offerings
Conduct after-sale follow-up and generate referrals
Represent Pella at events, home shows, and presentations
Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships
Maintain availability for evening and weekend appointments
Requirements
