Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers in your assigned territory
Responsible for new customer acquisition through to after-sales support
Develop effective sales initiatives and maintain ongoing communication with customers in the HoReCa sector
Conduct pricing and contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage general administrative tasks
Proactively analyze customer processes and needs and plan regular training to ensure Lavazza brand quality standards
Conduct regular market analyses and derive appropriate actions
Implement sales promotion activities
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, ideally in the FMCG sector
Good knowledge of the out-of-home (HoReCa) market
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with MS Office applications and CRM systems
Strong communication skills in German and English
Willingness to travel within Germany and residence within the sales territory
