  • Sales Executive at CIGAM focused on client prospecting and closing sales. Responsibilities include client presentations and meeting commercial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out sales activities according to the company’s methodology, prospecting new clients and responding to incoming leads;
  • Deliver presentations and close deals with the objective of meeting the commercial team's targets;
  • Study the company’s products from a technical and conceptual perspective to present them efficiently and effectively;
  • Follow the daily schedule to meet client expectations;
  • Prepare proposals and commercial quotes based on the client’s needs;
  • Analyze the market and your client portfolio to tailor the CIGAM solution to their requirements;
  • Negotiate with clients to secure orders in line with commercial policies;
  • Prospect new business opportunities;
  • Handle and route all customer requests;
  • Request scheduling of technical resources from the responsible department to support the pre-sales process;
  • Conduct post-sales follow-up to maintain strong relationships with clients in your portfolio.

Requirements

  • Availability to visit clients in person;
  • Valid driver’s license (CNH);
  • Reside near CIGAM-NH;
  • Required experience selling ERP systems;
  • Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook);
  • Experience in customer relationship management;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, customer service and customer satisfaction;
  • Understanding of business management and commercial rules;
  • Experience in the commercial area of IT services, preferably in the sale of software and services;
  • Conceptual knowledge of how management/ERP software available on the market works;
