Responsibilities
Scheduling demo meetings with potential new clients — cold outreach
Acquiring leads and new customers, and managing them across the entire sales funnel — sales activities through to closing
Maintaining the CRM system
Building a partner and multiplier network
Networking & representing the company at trade shows and conferences
Further developing and implementing the existing sales strategy
Running strategic campaigns for lead acquisition
Strategic planning for market entry
Requirements
At least 4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS and/or sustainability
Experienced in establishing first contacts (cold outreach)
Strong self-motivation, team player, and an independent, structured way of working
Good spoken and written communication skills (German/English)
Proactive with a strong "hunter" mentality
Experience in complex B2B sales with enterprise customers and decision-makers
Comfortable working in an agile environment and quick to adapt to change
Experience in sustainability or sustainability reporting is a plus
An existing B2B network is a bonus
Willingness to attend occasional on-site meetings and trade shows
