Responsibilities
Support the sales team of our wholesale division
Develop and implement sales activities
Assist in customer acquisition and prospecting activities
Prepare and follow up on quotations and price lists
Coordinate delivery dates with warehouse and logistics
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
Provide telephone and written support to wholesale customers
Prepare sales materials, product information, and presentations
Prepare for and follow up on sales meetings and trade fairs
Provide administrative support for the implementation of sales campaigns and assortment management
Create order confirmations, invoices, and customs documents
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade management, office management) or equivalent qualification
Experience in wholesale or sales-related areas is an advantage
Good command of English
Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of ERP or inventory-management systems is a plus
Strong communication skills, service-oriented and a team player
Structured, careful, and independent working style
