Responsibilities
Responsible for the economic and technical performance of a residential real estate portfolio
Actively shapes the development of leasing models
Manages and optimizes the financial performance of the property portfolio
Plans and implements ads, marketing and leasing strategies
Leasing with a focus on furnished and specialized rental models
Active client communication and sales activities
Conducts property viewings (on-site & digital)
Leads client negotiations including price, contract and length-of-stay discussions
Debtor and receivables management
Close communication with owners/clients including key account responsibilities
Review, feedback and quality management for continuous optimization
Requirements
Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector (e.g., real estate clerk/agent, office administrator) or an equivalent qualification
Experience in leasing management, property administration or property management is an advantage
Strong commercial thinking and understanding of performance metrics
Excellent communication skills, negotiating confidence and a sales-oriented mindset
Structured, independent and solution-focused working style
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or property management software desirable
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility
