Responsibilities
Manage and develop customers in the FMCG market, such as Rewe, Edeka and the Markant Group, in line with the company’s defined objectives.
Continuously develop the sales territory to sustainably increase sales, profitability and market share.
Acquire new customers and continuously identify market opportunities.
Sell products and concepts, present assortments, and actively contribute to achieving company targets.
Expand distribution and shelf space for premium products.
Provide professional advice to customers on sales promotion materials — observe economic guidelines and monitor market changes and competitor activities.
Attend trade shows and fairs and professionally represent the company on site.
Obtain active orders and ensure smooth order processing.
Handle complaints professionally, solution-oriented and with a customer-friendly approach.
Requirements
Several years of experience in field sales for a branded goods manufacturer or in FMCG retail, ideally in the food or OTC sector.
Results-oriented, strong communicator and confident negotiator.
Flexibility, stamina and optimism to successfully master a variety of tasks.
Valid driver’s license (Class B).
Proactive and persistent in approaching customers, with a passion for selling and building long-term customer relationships.
Actively maintain and expand your network with retail decision-makers.
