Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of legal, paralegal, or legal assistant experience, preferably with a focus on employment law in an in-house legal department or law firm
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR practices, with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop expertise
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
- Conducting research on federal, state, and local employment laws and responding to client inquiries on employment law issues.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience drafting legal briefs, memoranda, and professional correspondence
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with document management or e-discovery platforms such as Relativity
