Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes: align job profiles, post vacancies, screen candidates, and follow up to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes and onboarding of new employees.
Support organizational culture initiatives and internal communications.
Assist with organizing HR documentation and maintaining HR records and controls.
Support development, employee climate, and engagement initiatives as needed.
Provide daily employee support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (minimum 6 months).
Experience screening resumes and conducting interviews (minimum 6 months).
Familiarity with recruitment platforms.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience recruiting for the technology sector is a plus.
