Responsibilities
Own the employee experience:
Run end-to-end payroll, benefits, and insurance processes with care and accuracy
Manage core HR administration and ensure data is always up to date
Be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in the Paris office
Be a guardian of compliance and trust:
Ensure compliance with French labor law and internal policies
Support social dialogue and collaborate with Legal on labor law matters
Coordinate work permits, visas, and local regulatory requirements
Support in various administrative and accountancy related tasks
Support growth and development
Prepare employment contracts and offer letters for new hires
Help deliver smooth onboarding and respectful offboarding experiences
Contribute to People Development initiatives and HR projects
Shape our culture
Promote MEDIAGENIX’s values and culture locally
Co-organize team events and CSR initiatives
Support change management and HR tool implementations
Requirements
A degree in Human Resources or a related field
At least **3 years of experience** in a broad HR role, including payroll
Strong knowledge of **French labor law**
A proactive, solution-oriented, and people-focused mindset
Fluency in **French and English**
