About the role
- Manager, People Analytics & Insights using HR data to provide insights and reporting for leadership at Regeneron. Collaborating with teams to build analytical capabilities while supporting ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Partner with colleagues from across human resources and internal customers to provide evidence-based insights
- Build datasets and conduct custom analytics projects
- Lead open-ended text analysis to summarize survey comments
- Support ongoing reporting for select leadership audiences
- Translate metric priorities into new dashboards in Workday
- Identify, prioritize and implement improved data quality in partnership with HR Technology, IT and Finance teams
- Collaborate to build and integrate people data and HR analytical capability
Requirements
- Advanced Degree (Masters, PhD) in an applied social science or quantitative field
- 7+ years of experience (for PhD, 3+ years) working with HR, People and Business data
- Expertise in managing data collection, organization and quality assurance
- Building supervised and unsupervised machine learning models
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python, SAS, SPSS)
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik)
- Experience with global HR technology systems and human capital platforms (e.g., Workday)
