Manage team inboxes and provide timely support including coordinating meetings and training sessions
Support the design and implementation of a range of people programs and initiatives
Provide high levels of customer service while building relationships
Coordinate program logistics such as registrations, scheduling, and catering
Administer online platforms including Learning Management System and SharePoint
Requirements
Experience in administrative and project support
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
Proficient in online platforms such as Learning Management Systems and SharePoint
