Logistical preparation for Works Council (CSE) meetings
Monitoring employee entries/exits, management of interns
Assistance in implementing HR dashboards
Assistance with logistics for professional interviews and training
Scheduling appointments for interviews
Requirements
Student at Bachelor (third-year) to Master's level (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in HR or Employment/Labor Law
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
Excellent written communication skills for official communications
Rigor in handling sensitive data, strong organizational skills, and discretion
