Responsibilities
Lead People Strategy including attraction, talent development, and succession planning
Strengthen employer branding in partnership with Corporate HR.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS and payroll data (SuccessFactors).
Deliver headcount reporting and workforce analytics, including turnover, absenteeism, and engagement insights.
Guide leaders on coaching, performance conversations, and goal-setting.
Conduct compensation analysis to support market competitiveness and internal equity.
Partner with senior leaders to assess leadership capability and build development and succession plans.
Provide coaching and strategic guidance to leaders across the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
6+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience leading employee relations, performance management, and coaching leaders at all levels.
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
Experience in a fast-paced, multisite environment; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
Leadership experience (direct or indirect) strongly preferred.
HRIS experience (SuccessFactors or similar).
SHRM certification is an asset.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
