Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential leads through a variety of channels including phone calls, emails and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Qualify leads by gathering critical information related to their industrial and commercial lubricant needs
Work with sales team members to ensure a seamless transition from lead development to sales
Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
Achieve established sales goals and objectives
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM
Develop and maintain an understanding of our products and which industries they relate to while being able to effectively communicate to uncover customer use cases
Track and analyze metrics to measure success and improve performance
Requirements
Previous Lead/Sales Development or sales experience
Experience prospecting your own leads based on provided parameters preferred
Prior experience working in automotive and/or industrial sectors preferred
Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot
Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO or other sales tools experience preferred
