Responsibilities
Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation
Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously with pace and quality
Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and networks
Screen, assess, and manage candidates through interview process to offer stage
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Drive interview processes, feedback timelines, and decision making
Keep stakeholders updated with clear market insight and pipeline progress
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
Identify and engage top commercial talent across the UK and Europe
Build short-term pipelines for active roles and future hiring needs
Share insights on competitor hiring activity, compensation, and talent availability
Requirements
Proven experience as an internal recruiter, agency recruiter, or interim recruiter hiring GTM roles in fast-paced tech environments
Strong track record delivering hires across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Implementation roles
Hands-on sourcing capability with confidence approaching passive candidates directly
Strong process management skills with ability to move multiple roles quickly and efficiently
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial mindset with strong understanding of revenue-generating functions
Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable operating with urgency
