Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process—from role briefing to offer - ensuring a strong and consistent experience for both candidates and hiring teams
Work closely with hiring managers across different locations to align on expectations and drive hiring decisions
Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques
Use market insights, data, and new tools (including AI-based solutions) to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
Track key recruitment metrics and use insights to improve outcomes
Contribute to building scalable recruitment processes and shaping how we hire
Requirements
3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the IT sector
Strong, hands-on capability in sourcing and engaging passive talent using LinkedIn and other creative approaches
Experience partnering with hiring managers and confidently driving hiring processes and decisions
A structured, data-driven approach to recruitment, including experience with ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Personio) and recruitment metrics
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, with strong attention to detail
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
Excellent written and verbal English and Polish skills.
Experience working in multi-location or international environments
Experience working with PHP, React, Data Engineering and Project Management roles
