Responsibilities
As Global Director, you will develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth targets.
Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build strategic workforce plans.
As the lead for Executive Search, you will select and manage external search partners and serve as the strategic point of contact to drive global executive recruiting excellence (Director level and above).
Collaborate with the international customer interaction team to align the global employer brand with our consumer brand and deliver the best talent when and where needed.
Drive strategic initiatives and implement programmes for the International HR Committee (IHRC) together with country teams and leaders to ensure sustainable business impact.
Lead, manage and develop a team of employer branding, recruitment and talent management experts in line with ALDI values.
Own the succession planning processes, identify talent gaps and build a strategic pipeline for senior key roles across the business.
Requirements
Degree in HR or a related field; additional certificates and training are an advantage.
Extensive experience (preferably 10+ years) in recruiting and talent acquisition in an international environment.
Strong expertise in coordinating hiring strategies and developing long-term talent acquisition strategies across multiple countries.
Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and complex projects.
Excellent stakeholder and executive management skills.
Proven knowledge of change management and transformation.
Business-fluent in English.
