Responsibilities
Strategically grow and manage a strong portfolio of enterprise accounts
Identify and engage prospective clients across the DACH region
Develop and execute targeted commercial strategies
Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling RFP responses
Onboard and enable new large enterprise clients
Optimize CRM processes and usage to improve efficiency
Coach and develop the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements
3+ years in a B2B commercial or sales role
University degree or equivalent qualification
Experience in recruitment, SaaS, or IT & services preferred
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and results-driven
