Responsibilities
First point of contact for our customers in Siemens PLM support for the Solid Edge product
Documenting, analyzing and prioritizing customer inquiries and finding solutions in our IT ticketing system
Handling inquiries and incident reports by phone and actively assisting customers in problem resolution
Escalating more complex issues to higher-level support teams
Installation, configuration and commissioning of end-user software
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in a technical field (e.g., technical product design, mechanical engineering) or an equivalent qualification
Experience in a help desk or a related technical support role
Strong customer and service orientation
Knowledge of IT technologies (networks, servers, Windows operating systems) is desirable
Strong communication skills in German and English
