Responsibilities
Receive and qualify leads originating from technicians, supervisors, and branch managers, converting them into quotations for repair, maintenance, or full replacement solutions.
Collect and confirm required technical details or escalate to technical sales support as needed.
Support smooth handover to operations with complete and accurate information.
Manage opportunities funnel from national and regional customers, ensuring timely follow‑up and progression.
Contact new and existing customers generated from marketing campaigns, programs, and inbound inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction by answering / escalating questions that may arise.
Maintain clear and detailed customer data.
Support collection activities by reinforcing payment terms when required.
Requirements

Technical aptitude, with the ability to learn and understand our range of product offerings.
Experience using a CRM- Salesforce desired.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
