About the role

  • Dynamic HR Manager providing strategic support for Kodak's U.S. Human Resources Team. Driving business performance and employee satisfaction in a hybrid role based in Rochester, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to client areas as assigned
  • Partner with leaders in support of deploying and administering HR policy and practices
  • Partner with managers and recruiting in support of talent acquisition
  • Investigate and analyze employee requests, concerns and complaints
  • Support and influence the implementation and ongoing development of SAP Success Factors
  • Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience
  • Bachelor's degree required in related field or equivalent HR experience
  • Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skill with ownership and/or management of HR projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with HR SAP/Paychex preferred; Microsoft Office required.
