Responsibilities
Maintain and feed the candidate pipeline for our open positions.
Anticipate future hiring needs and support the sales teams with their staffing projects.
Analyze requirements and job descriptions to define the appropriate sourcing strategy.
Actively source candidates on major job boards: LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, Apec.
Build and manage talent pools by function or by region.
Execute targeted headhunting/search campaigns.
Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams to identify key profiles to present.
Share results and analysis with the recruitment team.
Requirements
Recent graduate with a BTS or Bachelor's degree in HR.
Proficient in (or willing to learn) sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Welcome to the Jungle, Apec, etc.
Enjoy teamwork and daily collaboration with recruiters and sales colleagues.
Comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing and possess good organizational skills.
Proactive, observant, and motivated by the prospect of making an impact in a dynamic HR team.
