- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout early-stage processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS
- Support interviewing scheduling and coordination
- Contribute to positive candidate experience
Requirements
- 6+ months experience working in recruitment, talent acquisition, or resourcing (agency or in-house)
- Experience sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn or similar tools
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles
- Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with candidates and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on process and candidate experience
- Comfortable working in fast-moving scale-up environment
- Curious, proactive, and keen to develop a career in talent acquisition
