About the role
- Recruitment Analyst supporting recruitment processes for the healthcare sector at Grupo Velas. Managing high volume hiring and aligning with team leaders in Vila Mariana.
Responsibilities
- Align job profiles with hiring managers
- Support Grupo Velas units with recruitment requests
- Send and monitor job requisitions
- Track vacancy SLAs and monitor recruitment process deadlines
- Maintain and manage spreadsheets with open positions, interviewed candidates, hires, and admissions
- Conduct selection processes for operational and administrative roles, and support technical positions (e.g., physiotherapists)
- Open vacancies, start the SLA, and update process status for requesters
- Support the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment and selection processes
- Analyze behavioral profiles and administer DISC assessments
- Administer and monitor Customer Service Management tests for Commercial Secretary positions
- Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
- Perform candidate hunting and proactive sourcing of qualified candidates
- Communicate with candidates during the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates on stages
- Update and maintain the resume database and candidate pool
- Approve candidates and manage the offer and vacancy closure stage
- Monitor and control vacancy SLAs
- Track average time to close vacancies
- Monitor volume of open vs. closed vacancies
- Assess hiring quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably handling high-volume hiring
- Experience conducting selection processes for operational, administrative, and technical roles
- Experience with competency-based interviews and behavioral analysis
- Knowledge of candidate hunting and proactive sourcing techniques
- Experience managing R&S metrics (SLA, time to fill, recruitment funnel)
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and managing recruitment processes
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple demands
