Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the recruitment process.
Conduct in-depth intake meetings with clients to understand role requirements and expectations.
Identify critical skills, competencies, and behavioral traits required for each position.
Research and analyze labor market trends to source and recommend suitable candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers to align expectations with market conditions.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and candidates throughout the selection process.
Provide consistent updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Renegotiate role requirements or expectations when necessary.
Follow up with clients via calls and email to maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure a steady and effective candidate flow.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports and recruitment metrics.
Meet individual performance goals and contribute to overall team objectives.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, sales, or recruitment.
Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
Strong ability to translate client needs into clear hiring requirements.
Proactive, sales-oriented personality with a consultative mindset.
Results-driven with strong time management and organizational skills.
