Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the region's stores (job alignment, job posting, candidate outreach, interviews, group assessments);
Manage and track open positions;
Job postings and continuous sourcing of external recruitment channels;
Monitor and manage recruitment and selection metrics;
Store visits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
Availability to work in Goiânia and to visit stores;
Familiarity with sourcing/attraction tools: LinkedIn, Gupy, Pandapé, etc.;
Experience in recruitment and selection for store positions;
Experience in retail and managing high-volume hiring;
Proficiency in Excel and data tools.
