About the role
- Senior Recruiter sourcing and evaluating IT candidates for Robert Half, managing pipelines, and fulfilling client job orders across various roles.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates
- Interview prospective IT candidates via video, phone, and/or in person
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent
- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Maintain on-going contact with IT professionals on contract assignments
- Generate leads and market intelligence for client development
