About the role

  • Recruiting Manager developing client relations and recruiting technology professionals for Robert Half. Managing client communications, evaluating candidates, and expanding business opportunities in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities
  • Introducing services via video, telephone and in-person meetings
  • Recruiting, evaluating and placing technology professionals in full-time positions
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participating in industry trade associations to increase presence within the local community

Requirements

  • A computer science or information systems-related degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ of experience in IT-related field and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required
  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High sense of urgency
  • Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business
